The Brief

We were asked to use our experience in web forms and third-party integrations to design and develop the new and improved Brøchner Hotels booking engine.

Their preferred system was the enterprise level booking engine Opera Web Suite, which we have a great deal of experience in developing for.

They also wanted to have:

• A fully-featured internal portal to manage bookings, customers, promotions/campaigns and more
• Multi-lingual content delivery
• Multi-currency payment integration

The Solution

We designed a custom booking flow and email templates for Brøchner Hotels, utilising our wealth of Hotel Booking Form Design knowledge to ensure an optimised User Interface and User Experience.

We then developed the booking engine using the Umbraco Content Management System and Opera Web Suite.

The site delivers the multi-lingual content that was requested via the Umbraco CMS, and allows for multi-currency payment.

Lastly, we created a custom internal portal to ensure they get the level of oversight and access they required to vital data.
