Wilderness Reserve approached Ketchup Digital for a redesign and development of their existing brand website, booking engine and payment integration.
The brand is based around luxury countryside escapes outside London, with price points from £2,000 - £20,000+. Wilderness has seen a decline in sales, bookings and add-on packages and looked to Ketchup for guidance, UX, UI and user flow improvements ensure bookings would increase.
Our approach to this project was built from the foundations of a redesigned userflow. We took the time to recreate this and visit our friends at Wilderness to present and discuss this before and design or development took place. This enabled both parties to fully understand what we were aiming to achieve from the early stages.
Ketchup delivered a booking engine that not only meets the needs of Wilderness, but also ensures a smoother user experience for their customers. The revised UX and UI ensures users are met with a modern experience which reflects the brand.
