The Brief

Club La Santa is a large, popular sports resort, located on the Spanish island of Lanzarote. In high season the resort attracts thousands of visitors per week.

As part of their online booking experience Club La Santa wanted to be able to provide a one-stop system for booking flights and accommodation for their major markets in Denmark.

We used our experience of the Opera hotel platform to develop a system that seamlessly integrates with their existing website.

The Solution

Ketchup developed an online booking system that passes data directly into Club La Santa's back-office Opera system. Flight availability is integrated directly into the same booking system allowing the resort's Danish guests to book their travel at the same time as their accommodation.

The online booking system provides a calendar overview that allows web users to see the cost of hotel rooms for different weeks so they can choose the right date and price. Bookings are made at the touch of a button.
